Warm Hearts Transportation Adult Policies

Your trust means everything to us. These policies are in place to ensure safe, smooth, and respectful transportation for every rider, from children to seniors. By registering for our services, you agree to follow the policies outlined below.

Transportation Guidelines​

  1. All drivers are at least 21 years old and fully licensed to operate the designated vehicle.

  2. Drivers undergo background checks and receive training in customer service, safety, and assistance protocols.

  3. Vehicles are safety-checked daily and serviced regularly by certified mechanics.

  4. Riders will be greeted and checked in upon pickup and checked out upon drop-off.

  5. For door-to-door service, drivers may assist riders to and from the vehicle if needed.

  6. Mobility support (e.g., walkers, canes, etc.) is welcomed. Please notify us in advance if additional assistance is required.

  7. Riders must be ready at their scheduled pickup time. A 3-minute window is allowed before the driver must proceed.

  8. All vehicles are clearly marked with the Warm Hearts Transportation name.

Payment Policy​

​

  1. All payments must be made in advance.

  2. Monthly fees follow a four-week billing cycle.

  3. Invoices are sent out as early as Wednesday for services.

  4. Missed payments may result in suspended service until payment is received.

  5. Full-time riders (2 days or more) will be charged a $55 registration fee.

  6. A $20 fee will be charged for any pickup or drop-off changes.

  7. Cancellations must be made 2 hours in advance to avoid charges.

  8. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be billed the full rate.

  9. Service may be delayed or canceled due to severe weather. Riders will be notified as early as possible.

  10. All fees are non-refundable, including missed rides due to rider absence.

  11. Payments ARE Nonrefundable, Non-Transferrable, and No Exchanges.  All payments are to be paid in full including late fee before services can be rendered.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

  12. Late Fee:  $30.00 will be added to all late payments.  All payments are due before 5:00pm.

Adult Behavior Policy​

​

To maintain a safe and respectful environment for all passengers and drivers, the following rules must be observed:

  1. If you require special accommodations, please inform us during registration or at least 48 hours prior to your ride.

  2. Riders must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.

  3. Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  4. Eating, drinking, smoking, and vaping are not allowed inside the vehicle.

  5. Keep conversations respectful and noise levels low.

  6. Riders must not interfere with the driver or vehicle controls.

  7. No aggressive behavior, inappropriate language, or physical contact will be tolerated.

  8. Warm Hearts reserves the right to suspend or discontinue service due to repeated violations of behavior policies.

  9. All personal items must be taken upon exiting the vehicle. Drivers cannot return for forgotten belongings.
